Two homes with a Columbia mailing address may differ in age, construction, association obligations, parking, renovation history and road access. Some properties are within Columbia Association-assessed areas and others may have additional condominium or HOA charges; verify every recurring fee and governing document.

Recreation includes lakes, pathways, county parks, community facilities and cultural venues. Evaluate the specific address for path access, road crossing, parking, event traffic and the activities you expect to use regularly.
