What to include in the first message
A short message is enough. State whether you are buying, selling, renting or relocating; the area or property address; your approximate timeline; and whether you prefer English or Korean. Buyers can add budget and financing status. Sellers can add known improvements and occupancy timing.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, wire instructions, passport copies or other sensitive data through a general contact form or text. Transaction participants will provide approved secure channels when protected information is required.

Communication and consent
Submitting the form requests a response by phone, text or email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a property or service. Message and data rates may apply, and you can request that text messages stop.
This development package does not include automated marketing or third-party analytics. The contact form uses the web host’s PHP mail function and should be tested after deployment. Update the privacy notice before adding advertising, analytics or a customer-relationship platform.
